1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it back to us in new condition within 15 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition and never worn, you can return or exchange it before Jan 15.

Please Pay Attention To:
  • If you’d like to return an item, please contact us by email first so we can review your order and guide you through the next steps. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us first.
  • The returned item should be in good new condition, we do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, or we have right to refuse your returning request.
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions, please do not worry about it.
  • Please note that we don't bear the shipping fee sending to you and returning to us unless quality problems.
  • Customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange unless quality problems.
  • Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are personalized or shipped out. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, sizing/details, and customization information carefully before placing an order to avoid any unnecessary costs.

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Please note that any additional costs incurred during the exchange process (including but not limited to shipping fees, duties, taxes, or other related charges) are the responsibility of the customer except our mistakes. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, sizing/details, and customization information carefully before placing an order to avoid any unnecessary costs.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
