If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it back to us in new condition within 10 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.

Please Pay Attention To:
  • If you do really want to return the item back to us, please contact with us directly first, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us first.
  • The returned item should be in good new condition, we do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, or we have right to refuse your returning request.
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions, please do not worry about it.
  • Please note that we don't bear the shipping fee sending to you and returning to us unless quality problems.
